Introduction
The TSD Daily Time Sheet is an internal web-based reporting system developed for staff members of Together for Sustainable Development (TSD) Myanmar. The platform provides a structured and standardized method for staff to record their planned daily work activities each morning.
This system strengthens internal coordination, supports responsible reporting practices, and contributes to organizational transparency and operational efficiency.
Purpose
- Promote accountability through daily activity reporting
- Ensure clear communication of planned tasks
- Support internal monitoring and documentation processes
- Maintain organized records for administrative review and reporting
Submission Requirements
All TSD staff members are required to submit their daily update between 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM Myanmar Standard Time (UTC+6:30).
Each submission includes:
- Staff member’s name
- Date of submission
- Description of tasks for the day
- Optional remarks or comments
Submissions made outside the designated time window are not permitted.
Administrative Oversight
Authorized administrators have access to a secure internal dashboard where they may review, organize, manage, and export submitted records for official reporting purposes.
Administrative access is restricted exclusively to authorized personnel in accordance with TSD’s internal management policies.
Data Protection and Confidentiality
TSD is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of staff information. All submissions are securely stored within TSD’s controlled system environment.
- Data is not shared with third-party form providers.
- Access is limited to authorized administrative personnel.
- Information is handled in accordance with internal organizational data protection practices.
Draft Protection
To prevent accidental data loss, the platform temporarily saves a draft locally on the user’s device while the form is being completed. If the page is refreshed or closed unintentionally, the draft remains available.
Upon successful submission, the local draft is permanently removed from the device.
System Environment
The TSD Daily Time Sheet is a secure web-based internal application accessible through standard web browsers. No installation is required. All time references displayed on the platform follow Myanmar Standard Time (UTC+6:30).
