TSD Daily Time Sheet

Submission Rules

Please read and follow these guidelines when submitting your daily time sheet.

Rule 1 Submit only during the allowed time window

The form is only open between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM Myanmar Standard Time (MST) each working day. The form button is automatically disabled outside this window. You cannot submit before 9:00 AM or after 10:00 AM.

  • Plan to submit at the start of your working day.
  • If you miss the window, contact your administrator.
  • The window may be extended by administrators in exceptional circumstances.

Rule 2 Select your correct name

Always select your own name from the dropdown list. Do not submit under another person's name. The list is shuffled each time you open the form — scroll carefully to find your name.

Rule 3 Enter today's date

The Date field must match the actual date of submission (today's date). Do not enter past or future dates unless instructed by your administrator.

Rule 4 Describe your tasks clearly

In the "What are you doing today?" field, provide a clear and honest description of your planned work activities for the day. Good examples:

  • "Preparing Sunday school materials and coordinating with volunteers."
  • "Attending staff meeting at 10AM, updating student records, reviewing lesson plans."
  • "Office administration tasks and responding to correspondence."

Avoid vague entries such as "work" or "tasks". Be specific enough that administrators can understand your activities.

Rule 5 One submission per person per day

Each staff member should submit only one form per working day. Multiple submissions on the same day cause confusion for administrators. If you submitted incorrectly, contact your administrator to have the record corrected.

Rule 6 Comments are optional but encouraged

The Comment field is optional. Use it to report:

  • Any issues or blockers affecting your work.
  • Requests for assistance or resources.
  • Absences, late arrivals, or early departures and the reason.
  • Any other message for the administration team.

Rule 7 Submit honestly

Submissions are intended as an honest account of your daily activities. Falsifying or copying entries undermines the purpose of this system and is contrary to TSD's values of integrity and transparency.

Rule 8 Draft data stays on your device

The form auto-saves your typed content as a local draft. This draft is only on your device and is deleted after successful submission. If you use a shared computer, clear your browser data after submitting to prevent others from seeing your draft.

What happens after you submit?

After a successful submission:

  • A confirmation message is shown: "Submitted successfully to Admins."
  • Your entry is saved to the secure database and immediately visible to administrators.
  • The form is cleared and the draft is removed from your browser.
