Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected.

What data we collect

When you submit the Daily Time Sheet form, the following information is recorded:

  • Your name — selected from the provided staff list.
  • Submission date — the date you select in the form.
  • Today's task — a description of your work activities for the day.
  • Comment — an optional note (may be left blank).
  • Submission timestamp — the exact date and time your form was received, recorded in Myanmar Standard Time (UTC+6:30).

No passwords, email addresses, IP addresses, or device information are collected or stored by this application.

Draft storage (local only)

While you type in the form, your in-progress answers are saved automatically to your browser's localStorage as a draft. This data:

  • Never leaves your device until you press Submit.
  • Is stored only in the browser you are currently using.
  • Is automatically deleted from your browser after a successful submission.
  • Can be cleared manually by clearing your browser's site data.

How submitted data is stored

Submitted form data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database located on Cloudflare's APAC edge infrastructure. Cloudflare processes and stores this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

Who can access the data

Submitted data is accessible only to authorized TSD administrators through the password-protected developer dashboard. Staff members do not have access to other staff members' submissions. The data is used solely for internal administrative and time-tracking purposes.

How long data is retained

Submission records are retained until an administrator manually deletes them from the developer dashboard. There is no automated expiry. Staff members may request deletion of their own records by contacting the administration team.

Third-party sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share submission data with any third party outside TSD Myanmar. Data is not used for advertising, analytics services, or any external purpose.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. The form is protected by a session-based access token, and the developer dashboard is restricted to authorized personnel. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is entirely immune to security risks.
